We're doing all we can to keep Furr My Cat here for you by following all Government guidance, while it advises online retail to stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home.

There will be some delays to your deliveries, as we've increased safety measures in our fulfillment centers. Delivery times will be kept up to date on our FAQ page.

We’ve extended our returns period to 90 days so that you can continue to shop with confidence!

The safety of our staff and partners is our top priority, so we’re working around the clock to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe.

While we work to keep everyone safe, we expect there be some delays to deliveries and some delivery options might not be available, please bear these in mind in your purchase.


We're working with our courier companies on safer deliveries to protect both their drivers and your health, so your favorite parcels – Your Cat's Deliveries – can keep landing on your doorstep. These include selecting safe places for packages to be left and drivers signing on your behalf.

We strive to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible. If your order is not sent within 7 days or if you have questions about your shipment status, please get in touch with our customer service team at or through our contact page. We're also available in the live chat for you.

To support the current restrictions in place due to Covid-19, we have extended returns to 90 days.
