Online orders

Do you ship to my country?
Most likely, you can see what countries we ship to in the drop-down at the checkout. We offer Free Shipping across the Continental US & Canda on all Online Orders.

How much do I pay for shipping?
We charge depending on the country, size of the item and other variants. Please check pricing in your checkout page. Free shipping is included on orders above $50 USD. When the shipping is charged due to dimensions or other variants, this fee will be shown in the checkout page.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or via PayPal. 

What currency do I pay in?
The currency used is USD, but you can also pay in your local currency, restrictions apply.

When do I receive my order?
Shipping times depend on the demand and the destination country of the products. During the order process, you will receive a menu selection with the shipping options. There are several with different shipping times; if there is none available, unfortunately we currently do not ship to your country, but you can contact us, maybe we can do something for you.

Note: There may be unusual cases where the shipment takes up to 60 days. If it's been past 60 days and you haven't received your order, please contact us and we will solve the issue in any way we can, from replacing the item to a full refund. Your and kitty’s satisfaction are our main priority.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will have to pay additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can you send my delivery quoted in custom purposes as a gift?
No. We have to state that all price facts have to be declared correctly on our parcels. If an item is on sale we will declare the sale price and not the suggested retail price of the item.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive the tracking automatically via in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already entered production, you will be notified immediately and will be ineligible for a refund.

Did my order go through?
An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

I did not receive an order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

My order is missing.
Contact us and we will help help you.

Some pieces are missing from my order.
If pieces are missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible to send you the missing pieces free of charge.

What is your returns policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to solve your case as soon as possible.

Our products

I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock but we might re-stock popular products.

How do I find the right size?
There is a size chart on each garment with body measurements.
